Jensen and Kelsey joined Arkos Design as Associate Vice Presidents in 2019 and participated in architecture, project management, and business development. Both men are Michiana Forty under 40 Alumni. The existing Principals of the firm Jeff Anglemyer, AIA, Sally Anglemyer, ASID, and Darla Aldred, PLA, envision a bright future as they continue to provide architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and graphic design services to both the local community and the region.
After serving in leadership roles at Jones Petrie Rafinski, Holladay Properties, and RQAW, Kelsey established a startup firm which he grew to several staff members with a half-million in design fee revenue within a year, nurturing clients such as Great Lakes Capital, HGR Group, DJ Construction, and Potawatomi Zoo. Kelsey treats every project as if it were his own personal venture. He has built a strong reputation for accountability, providing his clients with an exceptional level of professional service.
Currently leading the Construction Administration Services at the St. Joseph County Public Library’s main library addition and renovation as well as new construction at Sorin Hall on the campus of the University of Notre Dame, Jensen excels at providing leadership to the complete team, including coordination with consultants. A licensed architect since 2014, he has previously worked with Ancon Construction and MPA Architects. He is president of AIA Northern Indiana and a board member of AIA Indiana. An active Rotarian, Jensen is also a volunteer coach with Harris Baseball, and is a Leadership South Bend – Mishawaka Class 40 Alumnus.

The staff includes architects licensed in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Kentucky; registered interior designers, registered landscape architects, numerous skilled architectural designers, and administrative staff.
