As Director of California Structures, Campbell brings 40 years of structural, civil, and mechanical engineering experience to the firm. He has been responsible for the planning, design, construction, retrofit, and inspection of California highway, rail, transit, and high-speed rail structures. He has a history of leadership and collaboration with the other new team members and key Stantec clients.
Tu’s 30 years of structural design experience includes mass transit, highway and railway bridges, underground stations, tunnels, and maintenance facilities. He has helped deliver key projects for Bay Area Rapid Transit, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, Washington State Department of Transportation, and Sound Transit.
Upadhyay brings 20 years of experience designing bridges, assessing risk, managing construction, and planning complex infrastructure projects. His portfolio includes replacement or rehabilitation of long-span signature bridges on the East Coast. Upadhyay has extensive hands-on experience with structural health monitoring, weigh-in-motion testing, and bridge-vibration monitoring.

Zhong has 16 years of experience in structural and geotechnical engineering. He focuses on structural design of urban transit and station projects. Recently, he helped deliver final design of LA Metro’s underground Century City/Constellation Station for Purple Line Extension Section 2, as well as two East Entrances at UCLA Station for Purple Line Extension Section 3 Station projects.
